After two decades in tech I've probably seen it all. I've spend most of my career cultivating and leading tech teams and steering transformative change, I know: It's people that propel us to greatness. and I've had the honor of guiding remarkable talent to achieve the exceptional.

I've nurtured aspiring tech superstars, empowering them to flourish into inspiring leaders . My mentorship has illuminated career paths, dismantled barriers, and charted courses for powerful progress.

From emerging managers to veteran visionaries, I've helped to honed their focus, magnifying their influence and celebrate their triumphs.

Cookie-cutter leadership methods are obsolete and so is most of the training on outdated leadership models?. And that is why I became a coach. My mission is to create great technical leaders one person and company at a time.
